Please make sure to check our size guide before placing an order to choose the right T-Shirt or Sweatshirt size for you. We will not be able to exchange and/or refund a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. If something arrives damaged, contact us and send a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you don’t receive goods in the estimated delivery date, please contact us in the email [email protected] no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
